We all want to lose weight, you know all that extra ugly fat that we have hanging of our bodies. Most of us have it, and we all want to get into better shape and look good for the summer. Heck we all want to look and feel good all year round. What is the point if you feel and look great for the two months of summer but for the other ten months of the year we feel terrible and are out of shape.
I have been interested in the improvement of health and building muscle while losing body fat for a long time, and have always struggled to lose those last extra hanging pounds off me. Until recently, I figured out a simple system that simply tricks the body into losing that extra ugly fat that you have hanging off you right now. On top of that the trick involves eating junk food. Can you believe that eating junk food to lose weight. It doesn't make sense does it.
Well I too was skeptical at first, but my good friend who has been in great shape for years finally convinced me to try the little trick, and I have to say that after a few weeks of enjoying it, I am loving the results. The blubber of my abs is melting off and almost right to the muscle and I should have lost the rest of it in the a month max. My muscles are more toned and defined, and I have increased in muscle mass.
So what is this trick I hear you ask?
Its consists simply of eating great real food six days of the week. This means real foods such as lean meats full of protein and fat, along with a ton of healthy vegetables. The one remaining day, which I like to dedicate to a Saturday. Consume all the junk you can, and I mean it really go for it, hard and deep, try to make your self sick. So sick in fact that you will not want to look at junk food for another week.
You might be wondering how this actually works. How can a person consume so much junk in one day and lose weight as a result?
Well its simple really, because you are eating great food for six days and then suddenly shocking your body with junk that one day. Your body gets a serious shock (don't worry not that kind of life threatening shock) and starts burning fat quickly, and I mean quickly.
Of course this trick will only work if you junk it out once a week, not every single day. So go ahead, there is nothing to lose here. Try it out and start to see significant results in a matter of weeks.
