Imagine the things you will be able to do in three months' time. Now that you have imagined that, you are motivated to lose weight. How many times have you heard that before? "Eat right and exercise," is something that a lot of people say these days. Are you tired of hearing it? If you are tired of hearing it, you should go ahead and start doing it so you will not have to be tired of hearing it again. You do not have to give up all of your favorite foods at once. Just make sure that you give up the ones high in fats and sugar. For example, eat less meat. Instead of eating meat every day, eat it three days a week. Once you have started eating other healthy foods, you will find yourself giving up meat all together. I have heard of many people give up meat in the past few years. It was amazing to hear that those people had made an important decision that will help them healthy for the rest of their lives. Another thing you must have in your diet is water. Water is very important. Not water mixed in with other drinks, but water by itself. Drinking water will help clean out your system and make you healthier.
Exercise is very important. If you want to lose weight, you will have to start exercising. The exercise will burn fat and calories from your body. The good news for you is that you will not have to start doing the difficult exercise yet. Start off with walking around the neighborhood. Walking every day whenever you have free time is very helpful in your weight-loss journey. Walk about half a mile every day if you can. Once you have walked at least one mile at once, you will be ready to start jogging. When you jog, your heart gets the best work out it can possibly get. Having a healthy heart leads to being healthy.
Now imagine, once again, how you will look three months from now. If you do the things I wrote in the previous two paragraphs, what you have just imagined will be reality.
