It is VERY difficult trying to find effective fat loss diets these days. Most of these programs out nowadays are basically nothing but fad diets that do nothing but slow your metabolism down and cause you yo-yo weight loss! When I first started on my quest to get rid of my stubborn fat and lose weight, the types of diets I decided to go with typically fell into the low carb, low fat, low calorie categories. Needless to say, ALL of those types of diets did nothing for me. All that happened was that my metabolism reduced, my energy levels reduced, my bank account SERIOUSLY reduced, and with some programs, I wound up with yo-yo weight loss!
Now, what I soon discovered later on as to why those programs didn't work is that due to their unnatural approach (restricting carbs, fats, calories), this will cause the body to reduce the metabolic rate in order to supply your body with the fuel it needs. This sounds like a good thing, however, when the metabolism reduces, it stores whatever calories you eat... AS FAT!
Okay, after trying out all of the crazy diets, I soon came across a program that DID actually work... finally.
What this effective fat loss diet was based on was completely opposite from what those other diets were about. With this program, you do eat carbs (the good type such as fiber), you do eat fats (the good kind such as monounsaturated), and you won't restrict your total calorie intake for the day (just for each meal you eat in which you'll be eating several meals daily).
Besides that, this program was based around a dieting technique that caused my metabolism to soar to the maximum peak. Firstly, I was eating more frequently through out the day with small low calorie fat burning meals. Secondly, the program was based on a technique of alternating the pattern of how you eat nutrients to trick your metabolic rate into skyrocketing to the maximum peak.
Bottom line, after ditching the crazy fad diets and finally going on a program that was 100% natural and was based on increasing my metabolism, I successfully, easily, and permanently lost 50 pounds and got a flat belly in 8 weeks!
