2.) The next thing I recommend you check out is if the program is going to naturally increase your metabolism. Your metabolic rate is the engine that controls your fat loss success. If it is running slow, so will be your results. If you naturally speed it up, you will be absolutely amazed at not just how quicker you'll get in shape, but also how much more easier it will be. This is because a fast metabolism also burns fat... while you sleep!
3.) The final thing to look for is the simplicity of the program. The easier the diet is to follow, the more likely you will be able to stick it with it. Consistency with a program is what it takes to get fast results. However, if the diet is complicated (such as strict fad diets), then you'll more than likely have a hard time sticking with the program. Alternatively, if the diet is easy (such as simply eating NORMAL FOODS to lose weight), then you will more than likely stick with the program and get the body you've always wanted.
